Kathy has been amazing to work with. She is very professional, positive, and truly made our whole moving process easy. She explained everything clearly, guided us through each step, and was always kind and helpful. The way she talked to us and treated us really made a difference in our decision to move here. Kathy was professional and informative while giving us (my wife and I) a great tour around the apartment units. Also a great location, it’s like 1min to I395 and like 3 mins by a shopping center.

I’ve really enjoyed living at 101 North Ripley St. The staff here are super nice and always ready to help. Maintenance is on top of things and gets stuff done quickly. Overall, it’s a good place to live and they really take care of the residents.

Do NOT MOVE HERE!! I have been living on this property for a year and 2 months . Since then there has been 3 different management changes. I give this property 1 star maybe 2 because they allow large breed dogs and I have emotional support animals . The cleanliness of the property is decent . There is a daily cleaning lady who cleans but it never smells like it’s clean. When you are in your apartment you get the fumes from others units. I’m going to assume we are sharing a ventilation system or something . The maintenance team on the other hand isn’t very resourceful. I will say the maintenance team from the second management change did answer your maintenance request. This one not so much. I have had to call the leasing office to remind them of a ticket I put in weeks ago. Or text the p
