1000 Belmont Apartments

Don't waste your time here. Went by the leasing during office hours on a week day. They were open, the door was locked, we knocked. The woman working the desk SAW us and completely ignored us. didn't even bother to let us in, She literally left us outside. we were came by because we were interested in leasing an apartment here. definitely no longer interested. Y'all just lost a potential resident! Thank the woman who was working the office today February 4th, at around 2pm!

I walked in the office very peaceful the lady Tami had a big smile and her face and said welcome i felt good …..the office clean and smelled good she had asked me questions I gave her my id we walked the one and two bedroom I would have loved a washer connection in the one bed or laundry room on property but I will definitely let friends and family know about this place very comfortable the lady will make everyone feel at home.

I just toured the property. I really enjoyed the 2 bedroom unit and the double sink counter tops . It was a very spacious unit. And they are now starting to do renovations.

Shootout to Ms. Tammy she did an amazing job on my tour today answered all my questions was very patient and polite

Its never anyone in the office when I come its now 12:48 and cant seem to every contact a manager i call all day and no answer it says online they close at 5pm but no one here
