10 West Apartments

Spoke to someone Monday about viewing a 2 bedroom. I offered to come in Tuesday but the lady said they were closed. So I came in today (wednesday) and told her I would and she said that was fine. Came in and she said that the two bedroom was already leased and move in and that all they had was a 1 bedroom to view. I asked if the appliances and floor would be the same and she said "it depends, they all differ.". I just got off work and wasted my time coming to view a place after work. Viewed nothing and the lady did not seem to care. Over all unprofessional and not a great experience. I guess that's why they're cheap.

Loved it! It's also, good to let your family no where you stay. That hasn't seen you in so long five years!! 🤫

They cut the water off at 12 it’s 8pm and still no water! I have a newborn baby they didn’t give any notice or anything and the fire department and police said they didn’t report any water being cut off so contact maintenance and business hours over so no answer……

I lived a 10 west for nearly 3 years, the owners are unprofessional, lazy. Bothing... NOTHING is ever replaced. The office staff are nice however unreachable. There is always some fight or screaming match whether it be kids or adults, it's insufferable. I have always had issues that go on for WEEKS, theater just get fixed with a band-aid. If I couldn't they wouldn't even get 1 star!!!
