I just wanted to take a moment to recognize JP from maintenance he did a fantastic job in my apartment. He was professional, friendly, and efficient in handling the issue. Everything was fixed perfectly and he made sure to leave the area clean. Really appreciate the great service!

I would like to give it more than one star because I love the apartment for location and the space but I simply can’t. If you need a reliable elevator, this is not the place for you. We moved in with no elevator as we were informed they were putting in a new one. Well it has been less than a year with the repaired/new one and I regret to say it is down once again. I understand issues arise but there is 0 transparency from the company. We have also had to utilize the “emergency phone number” after hours to be met with an email to fill out, never getting a response from anyone about our emergency which included the smell of gas. If you do not need an elevator or access to an emergency number for after hours, I would recommend this apartment.

I absolutely love my apartment. My one bedroom is the perfect size for me and my plants. Apartments are equipped with all the things to make life easy (washer/dryer, dishwasher, etc). The balcony is a plus, I have an amazing view of the sun setting every night over Lancaster. The location is convenient not only for my work but all things city. Rachel and the team here are truly amazing, they have helped me out in so many ways and I appreciate them for that. Love that I call this place my home!
