John is extremely thorough and answers any questions you may have. We love that he does a walkthrough with potential buyers. He shows and explains everything he finds. We have worked with him twice now and we were pleased with him both times.

John is very thorough and professional with his home inspections. It was important to me that I know everything going on in the home as a first time home buyer and he absolutely delivered the goods! His inspection report was very easy to navigate with many pictures. He also went out of his way to do some research for certain things in the home I had questions about. He also was very fair with pricing and gave me a discount on the second home I had inspected because the first one didn't work out. HIGHLY recommend!
