Anna was able to find a new tenant that met all of our requirements in a timely fashion under difficult circumstances of COVID19. Her communication between the landlord and tenant is second to none with unparalleled customer service. In addition, her flexible scheduling was icing on the cake! Would definitely go back to Anna for any future real estate needs!

Rude. That's the word. Unprofessional. My wife and I asked to see a house in Oakland Gardens and this lady (Lulu) Yang, treated us like we were second class citizens. She was on her phone almost all the time. The walls were dirty and when we asked when the house was going to be ready, she rudely replied "it is ready". Also, she did not mention this house was with no garage and half of the basement. When we said we believed $3850 was too much with those two limitations, she said "well, if you can't afford it". At that point we walked out. Horrible.

This company lists property’s on MLS without the consent of the owners or signatures. They operate in a very illegal manner. I’ve spoken to the owner directly and they said they never signed anything that allows this company to list their home on Multiple Listing Service, yet they do it anyway. Please investigate this company.
