Honest Review of: - Formerly Pinnacle - Lately JDRS Property Management - Now '-'?! I rented a house managed by JDRS Property Management from March 2022 to June 2025, and while the house itself is great and we love it, and the landlord is kind, JDRS failed miserably in its management duties. Here’s my experience to warn and help future landlords and renters. On the first day of our move in, we were given only one key to enter through the backyard door, with no main door key, no garage fob, no mailbox keys, no community key fob, and no backyard electricity. Even worse, a three-seated sofa that should have been removed before our move-in per our agreement was still there. DO NOT rent from pinnacle. They do not care about the tenants at all. To start, when I moved in the washing machine was moldy and it took them MONTHS to fix it. They sent multiple people who didn't even know they needed a new part before they finally ordered it and fixed it. Then when it was time to move out, they acted completely oblivious to any California tenant laws. They tried canceling my pre-move out inspection and did not provide an itemized list of damages they're legally required to provide. I gave them every opportunity to do it properly but they just said "we don't do that". It took over 2 months to get my deposit check since they sent it to the wrong address even after I provided the correct address when returning the keys. I’m an owner of two houses. I bought them to rent out for some steady monthly income. But I’m constantly out of town so I cannot deal with tenants requests all the time. They can be very demanding sometimes. One day with an AC issue the other day with a clogged toilet. They don’t bother finding the best and cheapest handyman to fix for my houses. Ever since I contracted with Pinnacle, actually an agent friend recommended them to me, they’ve been dealing with these problems for me. They make sure that tenants pay on time, they deal with these work orders, they also send a breakdown of all my incomes and expenses right after I get my monthly payments. Great company, made the application process very streamlined. Always able to get ahold of someone if there’s an issue- everyone is super responsive and they actually care about you as a human being, you don’t get the feeling that you’re just another tenant here. Everyone is amazing, especially Joy and Jessica. Definitely recommend. Their properties are great and it’s a breeze being a tenant. Thank you for everything!!

Pinnacle Property Management is a great company.  If you need someone to manage your property, this is the one.  Joy and Dean has been managing our properties for 6 years, we are very satisfied with their service.  They have helped me with many major or small issue in my houses.
