I worked with Pinehill Property Management team, and they were extremely helpful and reliable through the entire process. They procured highly qualified tenants quickly and made the leasing process seamless. But you know a property management team is good when you see how they manage difficult situations. Due to unfortunate HVAC failure over the summer, the property was unable to control humidity, causing mold issues. Pinehill team handled this with excellent care, proactive communications, professionalism, and compassion for both the tenants and property owner. They got mold inspection and remediation to come out quickly and helped tenants transition. It was a difficult situation, but I am grateful I could rely on Pinehill team to help navigate it. Joanne does not respond to text messages properly when clearly listed in the videos that SHE posts. She even says, if you have any questions, reach out over text. Well, when I did, I was met with rude behavior saying 'do I know you?' and she left my message on seen. How do you expect to get customers with this type of service?
