Zura Bay

I would like to give a grand Recognition to Blake, he was the one taking care of my move-in process and getting me approved from the first time I met him Blake has been amazing He even chose the best one I initially asked for a bottom floor apartment. Blake recommended that I take the third floor, which was located by the pool in the front the best thing that I could have ever done it’s like looking at paradise with the palm trees in the pool. The whole staff has been amazing, but Blake stands out the most to me because he’s the one that I initially interacted with throughout my whole moving process. I have been renting at Zura Bay for a year and a half and love it here. I recently downsized from one apartment to another and both units have been very spacious and comfortable. I love how safe the complex feels and most of all how friendly the management, front office staff and maintenance crew have been during my time here. Anytime I have an issue with my unit maintenance is right on it, I appreciate their quick response. I also enjoy the sense of community here, with their monthly newsletters, raffles and treats, they go above and beyond for the tenants here. Working from home, it’s nice to be able to stop by the office to chat and grab a cup of coffee when I need a mental break. The gym and pools are an added bonus. Thank you ALL for making me feel at home here!

I just moved in not even a month ago. When I was apartment hunting, I toured 5 different places in one day. Zura Bay was my first stop. I knew I had to go see all of them, but after leaving Zura Bay, I said this is the place. From the moment I walked in and met Gigi in the leasing office, to going through the process with Blake for my application, signing my lease and moving in. The people managing the office are the main reason I chose this place. Anytime I see Blake, he is so friendly and caring and always says hello. Anytime I need help, Blake makes sure I’m taken care of. So far, I’ve had nothing but the best experience here. I see previous bad reviews, but I haven’t had any of those issues. My short time living at Zura Bay has been nothing but pleasant. The apartments are spacious and clean, and the complex feels quiet and safe. A big thank you to Blake for being so accommodating during my application process. I feel very confident that I will enjoy living here.

I’ve been here about a month and a half and so far so good! I’m very comfortable here and the leasing office has been great. Any issues or questions I’ve had Blake has resolved or answered them quickly. And it’s in a great location close to everything. Definitely would recommend.
