Zindorf Apartments

1/30/26: People consistently open/steal whats inside your packages, even when the mail delivery will leave it on the mailboxes. This issue was resolved for a short time, but now it's happening again! In the past, I called management to ask to see camera footage of who stole the package, and they said they couldn't/wouldn't do anything about it and I would have to report a police report first for them to verify stolen packages (which is ridiculous). Their priority isn't their current residents! UPDATE as off 7/30/25: I have had several occurrences of packages being stolen or never arriving at all (in my possession). Horrible management and maintenance department.. nothing ever gets resolved or fixed.. takes forever for them to even come look at something like broken appliances or leaking drains.. they don't fix things like the broken door in the stairwell even though it's a fire hazard now. The windows in the laundry room have been boarded closed, for at least 3 years, with plywood from the outside, I guess that's cheaper than fixing the window.. I've been dealing with water coming through my ceiling from units above mine for a month.. they cut the drywall out above my shower and have left it like that for a month now... i tried to get them to close the hole in the sink cabinet 2 years ago when they were having a building wide issue with cockroaches, still hasnt been fixed.. now my microwave is broken

Has half way base floor. That is, you can come in and come out without hitting stairs up or down, but there is only one door on east side. If there is 24/7 audio bridge room in close proximity, that is where it will be. For okay base there has to be at least two such entrances. Stairs is where you go down even if all south corner units have guards. As I said in reviews for other spots ( Seattle justice center garage, municipal tower and 7th & james arrive apartments), besides aformentioned names, this audio addresses me by name but these audio persons do not know me.

Overall good experience. I appreciate the location and the staff has been helpful to me when I needed assistance. I was incorrectly charged a few times last summer and autumn, but management did sort it out for me The main con to me is the unit/ some of the appliances could use an update. The dial on my oven, for example, is worn out and has no visible temperature numbers. The dishwasher works great, though!

Don't rent here. Management changes often & is mostly unresponsive. My lease ended here & when I left, management didn't know who I was & couldn't find my file. Months later, I got word that an eviction & an outstanding balance of a few thousand dollars was posted to my credit, making it difficult to rent elsewhere. I've never had an eviction until Zindorf. I still to this day have no idea what the charges are & why. I was forced to pay the balance to clean up my rental credit. I didn't deserve that. This is hands down the WORST place in Seattle to rent from. This place should be looked into by housing authority. Zindorf, you can reply how you want, but to the general public...just don't. You'll save yourself a lot of trouble.
