ZERO STARS for the ones that have rights. .. if you like drama come stay here. If not keep yourself and family FAR away. The manager here Brenda whitehead runs it around here. Police will charge you quicker than anything when she tells them something but you can have video of her breaking the law and they will call her to “ confirm it” from her. !! She harasses people. And spreads all personal business. Donna not corporate will do anything about her either. Do yourself a favor. Stay away.

Im.not gonna day worst place to live. But the manager brenda is very rude. Tells you if you have chairs or toys outside it becomes everyone's property. She tapes notes to doors instead of knocking or just mailing them. She makes up rules as she goes. She harasses the children that live here. Corporate has been called never does anything about it. Let's manger run over all tenants. If you wont talk to brenda n be her best friend she tries to make you move outt.. it's not the other tenants or the property its who's running them that causes all the drama .

If I could give no stars I would. The manager Brenda had us fill out all paperwork and took all of our information and continued to lead us on about getting an apartment for weeks I even gave my security deposit. We are a one income family and my husband makes MINIMUM WAGE she sent me my deposit back without even sending us a letter and when we called and asked she was very rude and hung up on us. Aparanatly we make "to much" with our minimum wage income when we have a baby on the way and other expenses to pay for. I would not recommend getting an apartment here, the manager is very rude and disrespectful!

Its sure not the lady that manages the apts...shes rude,hateful, nosey and if you wont be her friend she tries to get you evicited.She has let people in apts they dont live in.

Is fine. Has rules.
