Zia Sunnyside Apartments

I've lived at Zia since 2023, and I love the convenient location of being close to I-25, I-70, and close to other bustling neighborhoods. It's in a quiet neighborhood, and close to Lohi/Highlands without the pricetag. I love the pool and amenities and newness of the building. The maintenance guys, especially, Steven are great. Jordan and Val in the leasing office are always really friendly, helpful, and prompt to help me out, and it makes living here enjoyable!

I just got settled and moved in at Zia sunnyside apartments here a couple weeks ago & I couldn’t be more happier and exited about everything. Valerie helped me throughout my whole entire move-in process. From picking out the perfect apartment, to helping me bring my gifts & furniture up to my apartment. From little house warming gifts to helping me with all my needs and help I asked for, I couldn’t be more happier and grateful for her to help me throughout this whole process. She goes out of her way to make all of my wants & needs possible and I couldn’t thank her more for everything she’s done so far & I've only been settled in for a couple weeks now! The property is absolutely gorgeous, thankfully there is literally not one thing I can complain about regarding the property & amazing amen

My experience with this apartment building has been consistently disappointing from start to finish. Communication and accuracy became ongoing issues pretty much since Day 1. My lease details and payment records were repeatedly incorrect and required constant follow-up on my end to resolve. The most serious issue, however, has been the handling of my security deposit. It has now been over 70 days since my move-out, and I have yet to receive any portion of my deposit. I am being charged excessive cleaning fees despite leaving the apartment in spotless condition. Management provided photos as “evidence,” yet the images clearly show a clean unit and do not justify the charges being claimed. This is truly a team that cares about the property and the people. I visit properties all day, every day so I have a finger on the pulse in this industry and this team here is really so amazing. Friendly, clean, great amenities and just an all around fantastic atmosphere.

I’m a new resident at Zia , I absolutely love it here along with the team! Val is amazing super friendly and down to earth she’s my kinda girl! She helped me get into my very first apartment and I couldn’t thank her enough! From the moment I walked in to the second I left Val kept saying “your new home” it made me feel comfortable and welcome like I really belong here to start my new chapter!
