I was hired by Zheni to perform contracted renovation work, including flooring installation and related finishing items. All work that was agreed upon was completed professionally and in good faith. Throughout the project, I communicated clearly, showed up as scheduled, and addressed items within the original scope of work. Unfortunately, after the job was completed, I was not paid the remaining balance of $2,850. I made multiple attempts to resolve the issue respectfully and avoid escalation, but payment was still not made. Instead, additional demands were raised that were not part of the original agreement.
