The new maintenance man Brian, Was very professional and courteous. Repaired 3 issues with the apartment. He's what this place needs. Zephyr pointe is lucky to have him .

Very comfortable place to live and the manager she was very helpful whenever Ive had issues that needed to addressed she is always polite and I recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a place to live .

As a former business owner it isn’t difficult for me to see who it is that barely keeps this place running…let alone running smoothly. I give(and have given personally) my kudos to Juan. Several times I have witnessed, while going into the office, Juan taking care of residents with a line of people 3 deep while the manager, Secora, was in her office on the phone texting. I personally can’t abide that and walk in and demand her attention…most residents wont do that. Juan is managing this complex without the benefit of a managers salary. I assume that my name, phone number, apartment number will be kept absolutely anonymous.

maintenance was friendly, and professional. checked for the size of screen needed and was back in 5 minutes and had it installed. Big thank you to this maintenance crew

The move in was good. Office staff was very friendly and informative. They did state that the complex is old. We did the walk trough everything was clean new carpets and flooring. The cabinets and countertops however are old and the cabinets do not match. But appliance’s are nice. My washer was leaking so maintenance did replace both washer and dryer. Which maintenance is amazing. They had to come out twice for the toilet and they are very prompt when you put a work order in. I’m satisfied with the place so far. Not much to complain about besides the cabinets not matching.
