Shout out to Sal from the maintenance staff. He really gets it done :) One more thing: I’ve been telling Jay that I wish I had paint for the front door because it needed to be painted and I know that they’re very busy here. He knocked on my door a little while ago, with a smile on his face, to tell me to be careful because it was freshly painted😁😁😁 The people that work here are awesome!

If you’re considering this apartment complex, do yourself a favor and look literally anywhere else. Management is completely unresponsive unless it involves collecting rent—then suddenly they know how to answer emails and phone calls. Maintenance requests are either ignored, “patched” with the cheapest possible fix, or marked complete without anyone ever showing up. The office staff is dismissive, unprofessional, and acts like residents are an inconvenience rather than customers paying thousands of dollars a year. Promises made during the leasing process magically disappear once you sign the lease. Issues like noise, cleanliness, and basic safety are brushed off, and accountability is nonexistent. Communication is poor, transparency is worse, and follow-through is laughable.

I would like to mention how the new staff at this location as been nothing but pleasant and for sure has changed the looks and feel of Wheatley! The new ownership and management is great and the leasing staff and Maintenance team is very helpful. Ebonie and her team has done a great job with responding to emails calls and service calls. Thank you for making my mom living experience better than what it has been in the past years! Just seeing smiling faces day to day has been pleasant!

What great professionalism! These guys came and fixed up some work in my apartment (A cracked ceiling that was beginning to sink downward). They fixed the repairs and made it seem like nothing ever happened. And did an incredible work cleaning up after themselves! Would definitely recommend and call for again.

I'm a 64 year old disabled senior..I talked to your rep ,wanted an application for residency ,to get on your waiting list. I was told she could not mail me one ,I had to do it online. I had to decline ,I'm in very poor health ,and don't see to good. Very poor way to treat potential renters.
