Zachary Park Apartments

10/10 experience from start to finish. We are super happy with the entire rental process. Maggie, the manager who assisted us, was absolutely fantastic—she was incredibly thorough, explained every detail clearly, and created a safe, comfortable environment where we felt confident asking questions and voicing any concerns. We were initially skeptical about the neighborhood, parking, and overall vehicle safety, but after nearly two months here, we are very pleased with the area. As of 1/26, everything has exceeded our expectations. We truly feel confident in our decision and would highly recommend renting here.

Maggie was excellent. She got us through the screening process fairly quickly. We were in our place in 4 days. She was very detailed in explaining everything to my wife and myself. Thank you Maggie for such a smooth experience. The only issue I would say is that some of the rules were a little overboard to me, but other then that it was smooth.

We would like to thank manager Maggie Hopkins for her excellent and friendly communication and assistance. She helped us a great deal and we are grateful to her for her wonderful work.

I have been living here for one year now. My contract expires 30th November. I live in this apartment with my sister. We own two bed room apartment. So far I love the management. The have every thing fixed on time. Each time we call for repairs it doesn't take up to 4 hours to get fixed. I love the manager her name is Maggie. She is so sweet,polite and she takes her time to explained everything to the least. She is a professional. I give them 5 stars with full joy.

They fixed all the issues we had and they have been improving the apartments by getting new decks installed and keeping the grounds looking good. 👌. The manger they have now is always quick to get back to you. I've been here for about 7 years now and over the last few years the environment has improved.
