The condo needed minor repairs and a thorough cleaning before it could be listed. Not only did they get a handyman and cleaning team in there right away but they listed it online in under a month! I’m currently renting through Kang Realty, and the ladies here have been great. My situation was a bit different than most, and they’ve been more than helpful and understanding. Their response is fast and professional, and the place has been taken care of. Just don’t rely on google maps to get you to their office. (Not on them, but a Google problem) The pin it places is not on their location, so you’ve got to input the address.

Very efficient and knowledgeable. I recommend for all realty needs.
