If I could leave zero stars I would. I set up an appointment and drove 50 miles to look at a property with this agent. When I initially spoke with the agent, I let him know I was unrepresented and that I would not be signing a Buyer Agreement for agent representation. When I got to the property he stated that I had to sign the Buyer Agreement. I refused to sign it. Per NAR rules you do not need to sign this document if you are an unrepresented Buyer. He then argued with me about signing the document stating I didn't know what I was talking about and he was NOT allowed to show me the property without my signature.
