Mike is a slum lord. Called Mike to see if I could help my dad negotiate something to keep his place of residence. Condescendingly he told me he could stay with me. (Duh, just wanted him to maintain some independence while being disabled.) On the eviction date he came to the home and was mocking my stepmom for losing her cat while moving, and laughed while my mom was struggling to lift O2 tanks in her car. He believes he is owed money despite this being settled in court that nothing was owed. Even after this my dad tried to work with him and there is documentation of him attempting to pay to continue staying at the rental. I would be understanding if he just didn't want to deal with this and wanted my dad out, but the treatment and mockery is disgusting. Especially when it is over a traile
