Steve is a phenomenal home inspector and I'm so grateful that I went with him! He was thorough and not only let me follow him throughout the whole inspection, but also answered my questions in depth and taught me more about what I need to know for home maintenance and repairs. Mr Stephan Baker is a GREAT property inspector! He tested indoor air quality (particulates) and heavy dust blown into my residence by a masonry contractor. He explained everything he did.
