Young's Mill Apartments

Wish I can give 0 stars!! I was scammed out of $100 reservation fee for a 2bdrm 1.5 townhouse. I assumed the home I TOURED (well after 72hrs of refund timing) was the same floor plan and layout as other home that they was forcing me to turn lights on and renters insurance before viewing. The home WAS NOT the same layout or floor plan it was a 2brd 1 single floor unit apartment and wasn’t finally able to view until Jan2!! Communication is horrible between staff and I don’t even reside here. Everything is a scam, even the true looks and floor plans. Dish washer didn’t look aligned and townhomes have a HORRIBLE smell upon viewing. Dominique was the only in office staff that answered my calls and felt like genuine repor while inquiring on a home… but every other smile didn’t even feel genuine

It's unfortunate the amount of bad reviews I've read from tenants residing here, but what do you expect? This property was in its hey day in the 80's when they were new & we'll maintained, once the initial management company sells the property to another company. The property has become worn from years of use, and it's all down hill from there switching hands to slum lords & companies who just don't care, stay away from these older properties they aren't worth your $$$

From me applying to up until moving in on October 22,2025 it’s been great ! They’re all nice , understanding, supportive and etc ! My apartment at viewing had a few things I wanted touched up and they did just that with no hesitation! Great area nice and quiet , the neighbors are great .

I have been leaving out here for almost 20 years and the NEW management team is awesome. They are very professional, courteous, and personable. Whenever I have a concern, they address the issue expeditiously. I have no complaints at all!!!

I am very pleased to be welcome to the Youngs Mill Community. The Leasing Agents and Maintenance staff have been more than nice and supportive towards us during our move in!
