Never will I recommend this place to anyone. Communication is bad, the staff does not return phone calls nor answer emails. Lupita was unreachable, not sure how many messages I left and never responded. The staff caters to racist residents such as the lady who lives in the apartment below me. She always made a fuss about people walking, and would hit the wall or the ceiling banging it really loud in the middle of the day. It got so bad that one day she came up to my apartment, she lives in the second floor and I I’m in the third floor right above her and started yelling at me. I tried closing the door and she put her cane through the door and assaulted me, hitting me on my leg. I called the police and made a report. You would think the apartment complex would do something about it but noth

Dear Condominium Administration, I am writing to express my sincere gratitude and recognition to Ms. Lupita Rosas, whose outstanding professionalism has been essential in the leasing process within the condominium. Both in my personal experience and in that of the individuals I have recommended to rent at the property, Lupita’s guidance has been a key factor in ensuring a smooth, clear, and efficient process. Her dedication, constant support, and excellent attitude have significantly contributed to attracting more clients and reinforcing trust in the condominium’s administration. I would like to emphasize that this level of performance not only adds value to the residents but also provides a distinct advantage for the institution, as professionals like Lupita bring an undeniable positiv

This place would be perfect if you enjoy roaches, security issues, and the occasional surprise tow. Parking is especially challenging — visitors often use resident parking leaves me parking on the curb if I get home around 7 p.m, which has resulted in my car being towed. The gate works about 70% of the time, and package deliveries tend to disappear frequently, I guess our neighbors love free packages. Someone broke into my husband’s van, and later multiple people repeatedly tried to take the ladder attached to it, which definitely raises some safety concerns. We’ve requested a parking sticker twice and are still waiting three months later. And to top it off, dogs often roam around without leashes, as if the rules are optional for some folks ❤️ there was a guy talked on the phone while walk

Unfortunately the recent experience made me to change rating from 5 to 1. You pay money to live in a peaceful community and quality neighborhood. What we are experiencing is loud music, late night parties, smoking etc. Not safe if you are moving with family. Worst is even after reporting these things to leasing office there is no change or action taken to address this.

Horrible apartments ever! The parking is ridiculous. You pay over $1200 for rent but never anywhere to park. Then they tow only at the end of month when rent is due in a couple of days. This is a way for them to get more money out of their residents by forcing them to get reserve parking or additional late fees due to excessive towing. To tow residents who have parking stickers is nonsense. There are more apartments than actual parking spots. Either accommodate your residents & not tow but you can’t not accommodate & tow at the same time. UPDATE: The leasing agent stated “There is adequate parking if everyone follow the rules!” Then proceeded to state “The parking was poorly designed.” So basically if you live in a one bedroom apt and have two cars they will force you to register one car
