York Woods at Lake Murray Apartments

The apartments are truly beautiful. Most importantly the staff are second to none. Maya, Jasmine, and Kinsley are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. They are an amazing staff and go over and beyond for their residents. All of the aforementioned staff create an environment conducive to a friendly community.and joyful apartment community.

I had my first two work order requests and they were taking care of very quickly and we’re minor but definitely we’re inconvenient. The staff was very efficient and careful not to disturb any of my belongings. I’m very pleased with How smoothly this was done. Thank you.

I lived here for three years, and overall, it’s a decent complex. The area feels safe, and the apartments are generally well maintained. However, in my opinion, the rent is on the higher side — around $1,700 for a two-bedroom, two-bath unit. Management is quick to reach out when they have an issue, but communication can be lacking when residents need assistance. Some office staff members (with the exception of Kerragan) can come across as dismissive or unhelpful. While the property advertises “updated appliances,” they’re fairly standard — a gas stove, basic refrigerator, and microwave. There are also frequent maintenance visits and “random inspections,” which can feel intrusive at times. During my first year, one such inspection lasted less than a minute and was supposedly prompted by a

Honestly I’ve lived here for a year and no complaints Kerrigan and mya are great! Anytime I have a complaint they take care of it quickly! The complex is wonderful and safe. Definitely would Recommend staying here!
