I wouldn't recommend anyone to live here. They have bed bugs and roaches. I know because I have lived in the building next to them for years. They are so petty that they want money just to park in the lot that's not even near them. When it's so much cheaper to pay for parking right across the fence. Also the lady that runs the place is so nasty. Just a warning.
Bum hangout and stronghold and also the biggest eyesore on Broadway. 700 dollars for a tiny studio. At least the weirdo infested library across the street. Yeah have a sit down and catch staf.
I love this apartment
Management is Rude and unprofessional! . Building is infested with bugs and roaches!
Very dirty apartments. Super shady
