York Terrace East

I lived here for one year. I only left because I was getting married and moving out of town. I truly not only enjoyed living here, I enjoyed the Staff. They were always attentive, friendly, kind and always had a smile on their faces when I came into the rental office. The apartment was so nice. It was quiet, neighbors friendly too. Cynthia was so kind and sweet. I was impressed that from day one, Toneshia remembered my name (which most people can’t say correctly, but she did lol) and welcomed me by my name every time I went into the office. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone that looking for the best place to live. I want to thank all of you for giving me such a great living experience. Best wishes to all of you and as promised, I will stop in to see you when I am in town.

3 years in May, i couldn’t be happier. Staff is super helpful phone is answered promptly communication is Excellent. Maintenance is prompt and professional. Property is always clean and updated every year. Brand new laundry room, assigned parking, quiet lovely Courtyard, secure keypad entry. Lydia and the Leasing staff are doing an amazing job for us residents! Most of my neighbors have been here 10+ years, I’m so glad I found this beautiful Community! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have been here for 15+ years. At the time, I moved because it was a convenient location to my job, I needed additional room, affordable rent and the unit came with an awesome garden patio, which is huge! Yes, the building is an older one and sometimes there can be a communication gap on needed repairs and work orders but, the work is always completed and done well. Serious improvements have been completed throughout the years. Yes, the pool was removed (2023) which was a bummer however, all tenants were notified and told it would help keep rental cost down. In my opinion, it was a good move because we received fully remolded laundry facilities (which are conveniently located in the buildings) with new washers and dryers. I enjoy the community and know my neighbors. Not moving anytime so

I have been here since 2019. The neighborhood is very quiet, rental office pretty friendly but my favorite is the maintenance staff. Especially the maintenance supervisor Reese. He is very knowledgeable in his job, and always has a positive attitude and gets the job done. In my experience from other complexes I have lived in this is by far the best maintenance staff!

I have lived here for nearly 12 years. I love it! The community is clean and neat. There are many of my neighbors who have lived here for a very long time. York Terrace East is located in a convenient area for my family and the management is friendly and helpful!
