Lakota at York H-G Properties is absolutely amazing! She’s incredibly helpful, kind, and always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is handled perfectly. Her professionalism and attention to detail make such a difference — truly the best accountant you could ask for. My wife and I had some concerns when moving in and sure made she to walk us through the processes for payments, explaining everything in great detail! I’ve been a resident of our condominium community for 24 years and currently serve as the president of our Board of Directors. Throughout the years, we’ve encountered our fair share of challenges with various property management companies. However, things took a positive turn when we partnered with York H-G Properties. Scott Hicks and his team jumped right in, ensuring that our financial records were meticulously maintained and connecting us with Ryn Miller, our dedicated property manager. Over the past 2.5 years, our board has been tremendously pleased with Ryn’s support in handling our daily inquiries, concerns, and various issues related to our 50-unit community. Her professionalism, extensive knowledge, and relentless collaboration with contractors have made a significant difference.

I am extremely disappointed with this HOA. They continue to raise fees, yet the quality of services has steadily declined. The lawn care is consistently poor, snow is not removed in a timely manner (or at all), and this creates dangerous icy conditions throughout the neighborhood. On top of that, there are multiple potholes in the roads and near the mailboxes—some as deep as 2–3 feet—that have been left unaddressed and pose a serious safety hazard. Ever since purchasing my home under this HOA, the experience has been frustrating and unacceptable. There is a clear lack of maintenance and accountability despite increasing costs. I would not recommend this HOA to prospective homeowners.

We have been working with HG property for a few years. I have been working with them directly as President of the Condo Association for the past two years and enjoy working with them. I get timely responses from Scott and the team. I feel the board and Hg have a good relationship and if issues they are resolved in a timely manner.
