This past year, Yonah Edens was my Realtor for my move out to Virginia Beach from Newport News. Yonah helped me get my very first apartment after moving out of my mom's house. Entering the housing market as a prospective renter, I honestly had no idea what I was getting into. I didn't really know how renting an apartment worked and I was under pressure to find a place quickly. A realtor could have taken advantage of that.
