Well built homes, their plumber and service man is one of the best in the region
I came across yates while waiting on their truck for 15 minutes to make a turn on a country road they never should have been on. Complete incompetence on that. Also love being told that is not that long while they hold up traffic. Very rude and unapologetic from amy who was some manager there. A simple sorry we messed up would have been more appropriate.
Siding has been falling off the garage for months and after repeated emails and texts, it has still not been fixed. I guess the builders warranty is just a theory. Good luck if you need them to come back and fix something after they have their money. Very disappointed.
At this time I do not recommend them for many reasons. Stay tuned for a complete review, with photos. I am giving them time to resolve the issues before making a final review of our experience.
These folks are simply amazing. I love my new house! They took care of everything from start to finish. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new home.
