10 out of 5 stars in my opinion. Yasar Polat is the best realtor you can work with in NJ. He has been in this business for a while and his work speaks for itself! His expertise is in the south region along with Philadelphia if anyone is interested. I would HIGHLY advise you to work with him, he is a great negotiator and knows exactly what he is doing. You come across someone like Yasar once in a while, a completely open and transparent person that is dedicated to providing whatever service he has committed to you. I signed up with Yasar to rent my condo and he was nothing short of exceptional. He was always in touch with the latest info and available to discuss about making the right choice, at all times.
