UPDATE October 13: It has been nearly six weeks since our roof started leaking and it is now leaking in roughly 20 places. Thus we have a scattering of bowls strewn across our apartment to collect the tar water that is raining from overhead. The property management claims that the roof is in the process of being fixed but there has been no visible progress. Sadly, our only recourse is to begin taking legal action against the landlord. Do not live here, it is a headache that will make your life miserable. August 31: The sales and leasing part of our experience was okay, but the troubles began the first weekend after we moved in. That weekend there was some rain, which was not particularly heavy, which drove millipedes into the halls and our apartment, and caused significant flooding of the

Now that I have had the pleasure of living in both Building 1 & 2, I feel the need to leave an additional review. Yarn Factory - thanks for the response to my last review, as that might be the fastest you've responded to any of my communication. If you would like a work order for the pest issues, feel free to review the 7 I submitted through the resident portal since I've moved in, or the video/picture I sent via email to Rachael that received no response. I continue to feel unsafe and unwell living in this complex, now Building 2, between the leaking, bugs, air quality, construction outside my door, and loaded nail guns and chemicals that are left in the hallways when the construction workers aren't there. The trash continues to be an issue as the building has stopped emptying it and the

I scheduled a tour, drove 2 1/2 to be on time only to be locked out with no one to meet me. The maintenance man let me in and called the listing manager who was supposed to meet me. After waiting for 45 minutes, I left. Later she called me to tell me no apartments were available so she didn’t meet me. She said she didn’t have a contact number to let me know. Keep in mind, I registered on line to make the appointment, she called the day before to confirm, yet she didn’t have my contact information and knew I’d be sitting alone waiting to be toured. Bush league all the way. Be careful if you have a tour scheduled…. It’s a toss up if you do

I am moving out (of Unit 302) because of an ongoing roof/window leak. Management said there was nothing they could do to repair while I was living there, so I informed them of my decision to leave at the end of my lease in August. However, they are currently showing this unit for rental after I leave without fixing it. The apartment itself is gorgeous but there is water damage and definitely mold growing due to the ongoing leak issue.

I have been living here awhile now and it’s become one problem after the next. We were moved out of our units in the first building because the floors in the are now being investigated for toxicity after I lived there for MONTHS. They moved us into a unit that was not cleaned at all and had a ton of problems from the shower head being clogged constantly to a hole in the ceiling that still isn’t fixed (it’s been over a month). Apartment complex management also never notified anyone about the neighbors near the back of the building who have threatened violence on multiple tenants (including me) for walking their dogs on the road the apartment is attached to. The one women who ran the apartment complex moved out about three weeks ago and I haven’t seen her since. This apartment complex is
