I would recommend using her as your agent since she took the extra time to help me look at some houses and actually explain my options. The last time I needed a Realtor I had an awful experience, so I was grateful to have Yared be so patient and helpful in my buying experience this time around.

Just horrible experience! I don’t recommend her at all, she does not have the best interest in her clients and does not come close to getting you a home. Just a lot of headaches and stress and was unable to get a home with her do to her disinformation and lack of communication with us….. Just a waist Of our time and money. Also don’t go with her friend lender just horrible experience with them both…
