I just moved out, I lived there for one year. The only reason I moved out was to move into a house with my partner otherwise I would have continued to live there. The staff are so kind, helpful, and responsive. You are able to text the leasing office with any issues or concerns. Throughout the year the leasing office puts on community events and giveways. You can tell they really do care about their tenants. There are multiple laundry mats within the complex that are cleaned regularly. There is a gym next to the leasing office that is well maintained and clean with plenty of machines to choose from. I used the gym 2 times a week and it was never crowded. They spray the apartments for pests regularly. I never had any issues with bugs,etc. There are plants and trees all around apartment unit

Been living here for almost two years now, so far I have learned: if you are civil in your conversations with the office and management, they will be civil and do their best to accommodate you; car gates are semi-consistently broken or left open; the gates for walking are constantly left ajar overnights; sap trees EVERYWHERE; need a dedicated Groundscleaning team, as the sidewalks are covered in pine needles or debris until someone reports it. Otherwise, stellar place to live and responds promptly to all maintenance requests.

Moving out due to the incredible levels of crime and the consistent lack of water and hot water. Me and my roommate lived here since 2022... In that time someone was breaking into the mailboxes unchecked for months, the gates rarely close at night, I have had my car broken into twice, stuff stolen from my porch... Over the years we've had the water turned off without warning a dozen times and this past winter they turned the hot water off for days while there was snow on the ground. I have security footage of a person trying to break into vehicles, but management didn't even want a copy of that video. They don't care about the safety of the property because they leave at 6pm.

I would rate between 1-2 stars. Fair place to live . 1. Fly/bugs/roach issues , especially in summer. 2. Air condition is loud and dripping dust. 3. More than half machine in laundry room broken. 4. Not friendly to Non-US citizen, they ask for co-signer.

I have been living here for almost four months and have zero complaints. The gates provide an extra level of security for walking my dog at night. If you have any issues, the office will promptly take care of them. I don’t know what these people are saying about roaches and bed bugs because I’ve never seen any pests inside my house. Not even a spider. It’s a very clean and well kept environment and I enjoy living here.
