Y Lofts Apartments

Y-Loft, please add photos of the outside of the building! I’m leaving a review because the area and the photos on the website are inaccurate. The site doesn’t show the actual street it’s on, and there is a homeless issue in the area. It’s not a big deal for me since I won’t be hanging outside, and street parking isn’t an issue because I don’t have a car. Their website says units start at $720, but the studios I was shown were $850 for #708 and $950 for #703, which is still affordable. I really like the studio. It’s walking distance from my school, I keep to myself, and my best friend is moving five blocks away, so I’m not worried about safety. My main concern is what other reviews mentioned: management being slow to respond. I’m already noticing it. I viewed the apartment on Tuesday and

I recently stayed at Y Lofts Apartments and overall my experience was really good. The building is clean, secure, and well-maintained. The rooms are modern and spacious, especially the kitchen and living area which feel very comfortable.

i’ve lived there for half a year now and i love living at the y lofts. it’s provided good, safe, and affordable housing for people in the area. the new leasing manager Laurie is fantastic. she gets back to you quick, and helps with anything that you need and is a friendly face in the mornings! the cleaner/maintenance team is equally amazing, they keep it clean and everything working. we also get a discount at the new/better ymca just down the street. the only downsides to living there are the things we cant control, such as the people who walk the streets and people who don’t take care of pets. other than that, i truly do love the amazing space for people to live in from the y lofts. 🤍

I'm assuming again it's called a different name, I give 5 star for the care , I've met some awesome people there too, and knowing a loved one is comfortable and one to not even say how much love I have been given , I appreciate beyond any words.
