Wynngate Apartments

I lived here when I worked as a paralegal in Louisville. I had a nice two-bedroom and one-bathroom apartment. It served its purpose and it was very comfortable. I had no problems with maintenance. I would recommend this complex to those who are looking for a nice place to stay in New Albany and the Greater Louisville area.

This has been the best apartment we have stayed at in the USA. Laura, the property manager, is a kind and sweet person. There were very few maintenance issues, but Laura has always been helpful in getting any issues resolved ASAP and effectively. The neighbourhood is calm and peaceful with some of the best people to call neighbours. We will surely miss this place, a lot.

I live there. It's kind of an older folks place. Really quiet, no prime plenty of gun owners rent is reasonable. I have really little to no complaints.

Upon move in the Landlord made a snarky comment about some tenants complaining it was too hot on the top floor. She very much brushed it off. Fast forward a few years later, and multiple calls to the Landlord, and the heat in the second floor in the summertime is awful. If the temperature outside is even 75 outside, the a/c can't keep the temperature inside at below 71. Suffice to say when the temperature is 80+ outside the a/c does virtually nothing. The bedrooms are extremely stuffy. One call to the Landlord led to the maintenance man simply spraying the a/c outside with a hose??? The prices are too much to have to live in an 80 degree apartment during Summer. The complex skimped out on insulation, a/c, or something.

Right next to a sewage processing facility, smells like actual waste from April to October! 🤮🤢
