Wynnewood Townhomes

I've been living in these townhouses for a year and a half now and have had numerous issues in the time I've spent here. First, the apartments across the street, Wynnewood Village, constantly has fights breaking out and the police show up there at all hours of the night sirens blasting making it impossible to sleep! Secondly, there is never a steady manager and the managers we do get are obviously the bottom of the chain. They are rude and unprofessional. Not to mention the only thing that seems to matter to them is the rent being on time. My husband and I went through a bit of a rough patch, as many do, and were late on rent just one time. We spoke with the manager ahead of time and he said it would be fine! He was happy to work with us. Several months later we managed to get behind again

Just put deposit down site unseen. Can't beat the price for a 2 bedroom with washer and dryer. Would have been $1500 in St Petersburg Florida.

Great place to live! It's quiet I can have my doggy and management is awesome!

I've tried to get in touch with the landlord or maintenance man to rent an apartment there, nobody EVER returns phone calls.

Nice place to live pet friendly and we'll priced.
