Wynnewood South Apartments

They are Slumlords. Bed bug infestation and roach infestation. The management had a tenant to threaten me and abuse a handicapped person (that being me) in order to get me to leave.

Bed bugs, bed bugs, bed bugs. I paid 500 dollars in March for an exterminator that the apartment manager made me go through. I painted the whole apartment and threw all my stuff out to start new. Within a month the bed bugs where back. Also cockroaches are everywhere, they spray but it doesn't help. I really hate this place mind you I lived there for 7 years.

COCKROACHES AND RATS EVERYWHERE. They left my keys on the counter and left the door unlocked and told me to grab my keys in the middle of the day. I moved into a Bed Bug infested apartment. There is dog poop stains all over the carpet from the last resident. Management blocked me from calling them because they don't do there job and fix the problem they caused.

Apartment management is horrible. They want to charge you extra deposit $ to get in (i have been employed at the same place for 10 years, and make $50,000+) and then they push you out with regular threats. If you have someone over very often (after having my sister from out of town over for 2 or 3 days they insisted that she lives there, and then tell you they are going to charge you double rent), or you will get threats of impound and towing if you park in a "visitor" spot (when all the tenant spots are taken up by visitors). They do nothing to make the places nicer, and don't even ACTUALLY paint in between tenants, yet they want to keep all your deposit after, when the place was nicer when i left than when i got there. No amenities at all, drug dealing tenants, and you can't get rid

If I could give this place 0 stars I would, but it won’t let me. Let me first start off by saying that this place is nothing short of a big joke. My husband & I were looking for a decently priced 2 bedroom apartment for us & our son. We came across this place & started to look into it. Right off the bat these ladies that work here were EXTREMELY rude & very unprofessional. Every time I called to get information they were very short with me, never exactly answered my questions & if they did they were very vague with their answers. They made my husband sign a pre-lease without me there & never gave him the contact & never went over what he was signing until AFTER he signed. They took $700 from us & refused to give the money back once I found out what they did. They never gave us correct info
