Wyndham Pointe Apartment Homes

I have been a tenant of Wyndham Pointe Apartments numerous years. I normally don’t complain but I am now. I have complained to the new manager of the property (Jason) in October 2025 that I have issues with the tenant that lives above me . Once issues were explain, I was informed emails or notices will be sent to the building occupants in a few days. It is now January 2026 and not one person I have asked from the building has yet to received any means of communications concerning any problems. Issues I discussed with management are kids running and jumping continuously throughout the day above me. I was told by one staffer (kids are rambunctious.)I guess I’m suppose to suck that up. Current tenant for over 2 years in Wyndham Pointe. The first year and change was extremely pleasant. Previous office manager September took very good care of the complex, kept it CLEAN, the gate actually worked, the tow guy would ride around weekly to ensure only residents were parked in resident parking, maintenance came out monthly to replace filters and would come out within a day or two of an maintenance issue, she sent cute little newsletters each month..I mean it was amazing, I had every intention on staying until the purchase of my first home. There is a new lady named Shandra as office manager, she is WICKED, she is very nasty and rude to EVERYONE, she obviously comes from the “hood” and she apparently thinks this is the “hood” and it’s not..well it wasn’t. I was an occupant of this apartment complex for 5 years with my wife. The first 2 years under the management of September were amazing. After management was changed it proceeded to go downhill very fast. On multiple occasions I was treated as if my needs were inconvenience. For simple things such as A/C outage to requesting a copy of my lease became a constant battle. I would highly recommend you pay a little more and go somewhere else.

I am a current resident and I encourage you to look elsewhere in your search! Management is HORRIBLE…I’m convinced the current property manager is a little “touched” and very unprofessional! She does not deserve to get paid for a job that she clearly is not qualified to do…for almost every tenant to have a negative encounter with you…clearly YOU are the problem!!!!!! The gates have been broken for months, you can’t access the pool and just recently tenants received a rate increase in the middle of the year…which was done under false pretenses by telling tenants we all just so happened to be missing a signed addendum in our lease! Save yourself the time and resources…Wyndham Pointe and it’s pointless property manager are not worth the headache!!!!

When I moved out I was suppose to get my security deposit back and I called the office twice and they said they would get back with me and NEVER did… VERY VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL since new people got into the office!!! They playing with my money which I don’t appreciate at all!!!
