Wyndham Hill & Villas by Broadmoor

We have had the most amazing experience at Wyndham! The staff (David, Conner, Chelsea and Shelly) are just the best! They are super professional and so friendly. We have lived here just over a year and love how central the location is and the area is super safe. The other residents are so nice, many of them have lived here for more than ten years! 100% recommend!!!

If I could leave 10 stars to this place I absolutely would!!! I absolutely loved my time here. Sadly I could only stay here a couple of months as I had to move out of state for employment reasons. But I absolutely would recommend this place to anyone. The amenities are great, has an underground garage that is always clean, it even has shopping carts available! The building is always clean in and outside. Neighbors are friendly and quiet. Walls are not thin so you can’t even hear anyone everywhere else. The leasing office team, Sydnee (and her dog!), Heather and Kathy are amazing and so friendly. They will always take care of you. The maintenance team are very good when it comes to responding to requests and very friendly as well. I was so sad when I turned in my keys but should I ever ret

I was so lucky and happy to move to Wyndham Villas. It is so nice, well taken care of, private, quiet and outstanding staff, amazing neighbors and responsiveness. I had lived Broadmoor before at Tradition. I loved it there too. Broadmoor knows how to do it right! It was odd to feel like I was home for the first time in a while.

Wyndham Hills and Villas are well managed and cared for! The staff is super friendly and helpful, and maintenance and management are very prompt in getting back to you! The property is well taken care of and the community is amazing! The Villas have been a GREAT community to live in!!

I cannot say enough great things about my move into Wyndham Villas. The apartment is gorgeous, and the grounds are beautiful for me and my dog….but in particular, I want to give a huge shoutout to the amazing Chelsea! From the minute I toured, through the month until I moved in I have never felt in better hands. Not only did she help ensure I got the unit of my dreams, she stayed in touch through the whole process, and showed so much above and beyond care and thoughtfulness to me and my pet. I’ve never been more sure I made the right choice. Moving, as we all know is stressful - but Chelsea made this experience so enjoyable, exciting and wonderful. Thank you!
