The owner truly cares about the homes he builds and really does a fantastic job at providing his buyers with a great experience from beginning with floor plans and design, to the walkthroughs and finish out. Easy to work with- highest integrity among builders in Texas. My recommendation literally cannot be overstated. Has gone above and beyond (within reason of course) for me on numerous occasions! Not sure the other review is entirely truthful. Not my experience whatsoever! Five stars only because I can't put six!

The builder is dishonest. He said I could get the deposit back in front of my family but later denied it. I'm relieved I'm not purchasing a house from them. Buyer beware of going under contract. I'm including several pictures since my honesty is being questioned.
