Wyndham at Fairfield

Great neighborhood setting and the unit feels like home. We arrived to the two bedroom unit being set up for us, with ceiling fans on a couple of lights on and the TV on the weather channel. Made me feel welcome like turning down your bed at night. The unit decor is plantation style the appliances and bathroom fixtures were a bit dated but functional. The lovely screened in porch was awesome and the view beautiful ❤️ If you need to relax and unplug this is the place for you. You do need a car otherwise you would feel stranded. To best describe this location....quiet, calm, and peaceful.

The rooms are very comfortable and well put together. It has everything you need for a good, relaxing vacation or getaway. 👍 To the view of the lake from the patio

Little hard to find a night. Definitely a place you want to get in early. Nice little rooms, be great for a little getaway but don't go in the winter. The rooms sit 50 feet from the lakes edge. Lots of party boats docked at marina that you can see from your room. Probably a great summer place. That being said the bed was wore out and should have been replaced 5 years ago. They supply all cooking utensils and plates. Pans are wore out and nasty and you get a set of four of place settings. We had one plate missing. Toilet were not cleaned properly. I told the main office all this hopefully they will correct these issues because this could be a great place to spend a week on the lake in the summer.

We took this trip with my grandma so she could enjoy the experience without traveling alone. The exterior of the property looked nice upon arrival, but once inside, it was evident that the house could benefit from some updates. There was a noticeable odor throughout the home. The garbage disposal appeared to need a thorough cleaning, and an unpleasant smell was present whenever we used the sink. Additionally, the tub in the main room did not have hot water, and the tub in the guest room was somewhat clogged. The faucets in both bathtubs were quite loose, giving the impression they might come off. The ceiling fan in the guest room was also shaky as well. Our villa had fleas. Worst experience ever. DO NOT GO HERE. Pool was gross, hot, and cloudy. We got moved three times. A bunch of stuff was broken. It was insanely hot upstairs and freezing downstairs. Also the cell service and WiFi is crap. The location itself is nice but that doesn’t make up for everything else being the actual worst. This place genuinely made our vacation a horrible experience.
