Wyndchase Apartments

I lived here for about a year before leaving the El Paso area. Let me start with the good- the front office staff was always very friendly and professional and did their best to solve any problems that arose. Same with the maintenance staff, extremely professional, although sometimes work orders did take a while to be completed. Now the bad- if you are going to be in one of the older units with the “swamp cooler”, a portable or window A/C unit is a MUST. I spent so many days sweating just sitting in my living room before I finally caved and bought one. The laundry rooms are regularly dirty, and machines would break constantly. I remember there was one dryer in the laundry room closest to my unit that would NOT dry your clothes no matter how many cycles you ran. Instead of repairing it, the

Such a great place to live! The management team is very friendly and quick to respond on maintenance requests. I love my unit, it’s very spacious and has lots of natural light. The location of the complex is perfect with nearby grocery stores, restaurants etc. The amenities of the complex are also very well maintained, overall I would highly recommend living here if you are looking for a place to call home!

I've been living here for a couple of years now & I've never once had a problem. Management ( Crystal & Julia ) are always helpful when needed and are fast to respond to Maintenance needs. The Apartment complex is usually clean when it comes to the park areas, Pool and laundromats. They recently re-painted the parking lot && fix things that need to be fixed. If you're looking for an apartment complex to be comfortable in i would %100 recommend living here. They are pet friendly && CLEAN. Not me mention they frequently do pest control.

Been living here for over 5 years for many reasons. Great place, convenient location, awesome residents and amazing work crew. Our front office staff has continuously been courteous, attentive, extremely helpful and very professional. Maintenance team always available and quick to respond. Contractors keep our area clean and functioning. Really appreciate the patience and support for our small and cozy community. Thanks everyone

I’ve lived at Wyndchase for some months now and I have to say that it is a pleasure to live in such a great location. The complex is always maintained and the management here is top notch. If anything ever pops up and requires fixing the girls in the office are always attentive and make me feel heard. The residents here are always so nice and respectful. I absolutely love it here.
