The front desk lies. I was there for a wedding and the bride reserved a block of rooms. I called and was told there were no more rooms. I called back and I got a room. My brother in law called, wanted a king size bed. We were at the hotel and the desk couldn't find our reservation, tried to charge us full price, argued with us, then found us. Supposed to be a block of rooms, we were on every floor. 35 rooms spread out. My family likes to party, we asked for a block... The bride was told she would get a free room if there wasn't another wedding, there wasn't another wedding but she was charged. The front desk lied and kept on lying with each question, my sister and I compared notes when we got home, we think all the front desk people should be fired!
