I've read the negative reviews, and it seems like they were people who either did not read the very detailed lease agreement or were having a bad day. The lease is not confusing. Everything is very clear, including the security deposit as well as the re-letting fee. My advice to them is to not sign something and then be surprised when what's clearly stated in the agreement is what happens. I rented from them for over 3 years. Hannah, the landlord, is extremely reasonable and willing to work with you on things. Any issues that I may have had were never the fault of the landlord and were resolved by her much quicker than I had any expectation for. I loved living here! I spent the last two years here and have amazing memories from it; made great friends here as well. The house itself was great, loved the room and the kitchen best! Everyone in charge is so great as well! The nicest people ever, and very very helpful! Couldn’t say enough great things about this place!

Wright rental group is a great place to rent from. Hannah is beyond kind and very understanding! I recommend reading the whole contract before signing up to rent from Wright Rental Group. Loved this place! I lived here for about a year and loved it! It’s so nice to have your own bedroom and bathroom in a house with 4 other roomates! The management is also great and easy to communicate with. This is definitely a place I would recommend to friends☺️

Landlady was attentive, helpful, and active. The area is a little sketchy, but that can’t be helped. Good amenities, plenty of parking considering the lack there of, and quick access to the highway. If you need a place to crash and you don’t mind getting to know your roommates, this could be the place for you!
