I moved in The Parks of Wintergreen and the manager and uptake is terrible. I have been here now for almost a year. It took management 5mos to fix my a/c causing my electric bill to go sky high but they wouldn’t take responsibility for that. I have human hair painted into the walls. There’s mildew that they never removed in the bathroom and kitchen. This place is a code violation in all categories. It’s shameful that you can’t call someone to help the tenants with their struggles with management. Please think hard before moving in these apartments. Ms. Renee Curry is the regional manager of the property & Elizabeth is the property manager. They are two of the most unprofessional people playing a managerial position.

One of their properties (Vista at Park Row-Houston) charged me around $700 moving out for normal wear and tear because the front office staff likes to retaliate against their tenants. There’s constant crime in the complex and they try to blame it all on the tenants and not the fact that the gates are always broke. Not to mention, they change out front office staff so much because of the rude office manager. I have stayed at plenty of complexes and never experienced any of this. Edit: they also posted my full name and personal information on my Google review. I will be reporting this apartment complex!

Currently live at one of their properties: Hilton Head Apartments, Dallas TX 75238 If I could give less than a zero, I would. Management is absolutely horrific and never helpful. I have been lied to on multiple occasions by the "Manager" in the office and the Property Management company WRH does not care about you at all. I sit here writing this review as water is pouring out of my bathroom ceiling and also pouring from my kitchen ceiling now. When I was going to sign a lease for a unit I was told by the person who gave me a tour, that there was no water damage in the bathroom. I've been living at Mt Vernon for 5yrs...most of it good yrs until move-out. They nickle and dime you to death and hold your deposit forver...choose somewhere else to live outrageous
