I’m beyond impressed with this apartment community! The recent renovation of all common areas completely transformed the property and it honestly looks amazing. It really elevated the look and feel – especially want to call out the gym and love all the brand new equipment. The location is ideal with so much activity happening nearby yet the overall atmosphere of the community feels calm and very boutique style.

I am a neighbor to this property so I can’t speak to the interior or the property management but I can give a shout out to the maintenance supervisor Ray! He has worked hard to keep our back alley clean and tidy. We used to have issues with overflowing trash and people experiencing homelessness. Over the past year Ray has completely turned it around and keeps an eye on the row of houses behind the building. We appreciate his friendly personality and dedication to our little corner of Denver!

Ray the head of maintenance is the sweetest man and has gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and safe here. The front office is the also just as amazing and friendly making living here a great experience. If I weren’t moving out of state I would resign for them and the community created here

Been here about a year and a half now and I love it. Great location and great staff, but big shoutout to our maintenance man Ray who keeps everything running (give this man a raise). With the new construction there’s been a few things here and there but the management is always on top of it and working as fast as other contractors allow them too.

I implore you to look for somewhere, anywhere else, to live. There has been nothing good at this apartment since I started, with the exception of Ray and Chuck in maintenance and Eddi who are truly nice guys. The positives end there. When I first applied to love here around 12/1/24, I got approved almost immediately. Then, it took them until 12/24 to send me my lease agreement. I needed to move in two weeks later, so it was very nerve wrecking that it took so long. I almost gave up and started my search again but foolishly got stuck on this property because of location. Think about that, about 20 days to send a lease agreement after approval, that's terrible. Secondly, if you enjoy having your apartment flooded, this is the place for you.
