Adorable subdivision of homes where my good friends live. Well kept homes. Quiet area near St. James Elementary School. Small easy to maintain yards. Excellent layout inside the home I was in. Picturesque water canal behind my friend's house.

Absolutely horrible experience. Have been in our home for almost 16 months now and STILL cannot get repairs promised from before we closed. Should have never moved in without issues resolved because they have done everything except the right thing to correct them. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere, houses are nice, but customer service after they have your money is all but non existent.

Poor construction quality, foundation showing major cracks even before home is built. Mass production homes being sold as luxury. Stay away.
