If I could give a zero stars I would. What a joke of a management company. They will take your money but will never answer your calls or emails. Our community pays high HOA fees and wye get nothing in return. No snow removal and zero communication.
They handle condo association finances unscrupulously. Seems like it’s part of their business model to find 55+ communities to manage and bleed dry
Beware of this Management company. They do not respond to texts or emails at all. Been trying to reach them about important information regarding the wellbeing of our home. Haven’t been able to reach them in 5/6 months
Eric Hess our new Property Manager is amazing. He is on top of everything. Such a very welcome change.
