Roach infestation moved in on the 8/22/25 and already roaches are pretty bad buildings exterminator as sprayed the building twice since I’ve been here Also let’s talk about the unsecured abandoned apartments that y’all are working on and just leaving the lights on and windows open I’m not sure who ever said that was ok but maybe y’all should secure those doors.

Billie is by far the best property manager I’ve dealt with in my 10 years at my apartment. She is very nice, kind and understanding. I hope she stays for the remainder of the time I’m here at my apartment.

They I'd a great job fixing the sink and the washer drain .they did it in good timing and thank you very much for doing it in record time thank you

Able to tour and move in same day. Very clean exteriors and beautiful townhouses with charm. Personal parking spot. And very respectful neighbors. Home is very clean, no bugs or rodents. Very close to restaurants, stores, parks, and schools.
