I usually do not write reviews but this people have destroy my economy and family. i was in aa lease that was about to end and for years me and my wife saved money to buy my house. we found a great house and started the process with this mortgage company and the agent Yohany Rodriguez. our process was taking longer and longer and every time i called Yohany he was never available or he will be super rude. the process took 3 month and this past Friday 11/5/2021 the contract ended i lost my money i saved and my wife is hospitalized because of her blood pressure because of this. Please never ever use this people to finance your house. We are starting Legal action against this company.

This company has done nothing but make excuses. I have been a realtor for 25 years and I have NEVER had to deal with these antics. We were supposed to close at the end of September. Extension after extension, excuse after excuse, we are now at the end of October still NOT closed and now they won't even answer their phones. I will never recommend this lender! I represent the seller and they have generously extended with each request but tired of it so they started charging a daily penalty to the buyer for the delays so their excuses and delays are now costing their client as well yet still not answering the phones.
