Dustin recently did two inspections for me. Very pleasant and punctual. Walked me through both inspections pointing everything out and explaining things to me. Dustin was very knowledgeable as he helped me understand a few things that I didn't know. I received detailed reports in a very quick timeframe. And felt confident in my new purchase. Not that I'm planning on moving again anytime soon. But if I do I will be using working dog home inspection. Five stars highly recommend!

Dustin is a very skilled home inspector. We knew that we were buying a house that had a lot of deferred maintenance so it was of the utmost importance that we have an extremely thorough inspection. Not only did Dustin find things that we did not notice he took the time to explain everything in great detail and provide the proper instructions for adequate repairs. He also assisted in arranging the additional inspections we needed. From his findings, we are now able to devise a plan to repair the necessary items and in order of importance, safety first.
